"Glitching", you say? I don't think I have ever seen anyone else having this problem before.
This could be a mere misunderstanding, though, so I would wait for a couple of days more to see if the "glitch" is already fixed and you seem to get your 10XP daily points normally, as usual.
In case it doesn't end up looking that it's fixed and it keeps happening, then contact via PM with Tom Fulp and inform him of this "glitch" (providing all the details you can of this one, if possible.)
