See if this fixes it -
Click your profile in the top right of the page > Click 'Account Settings' > Scroll down to 'Flash Options' > Turn off "Use Ruffle Flash emulation, if possible" > Afterwards, reload the game
Medals are known to have issues unlocking in Ruffle! Not all the time, but this can sometimes work if you're just playing in Newgrounds Player. Games will sometimes bug and not perform well in Ruffle too! (Also, your save data in games will be a different file from regular NG Player and Ruffle, so keep that in mind)
